Interview with Joanna Staniszewska, CEO & founder of You’ll Enjoy – marketing agency

Definitely. Our team is passionate, open, and engaged. At You’ll Enjoy, a marketing agency and consultancy, we create a good atmosphere not only for our clients but also for us. We believe that kindness and professionalism are the foundation of effective communication and brand success.
What do you specialize in then? Marketing or consulting?
We specialize in digital marketing. Consulting services are an added value. You’ll Enjoy offers long-lasting marketing outsourcing services to small and medium size companies all over the world.
What is different about your business?
All along our journey we have explored new trends and inspired our clients. On a daily basis, we work with people from around the world. You’ll Enjoy supports them in their development and helps them achieve their goals. While carrying out projects, we focus on discovering new possibilities and experiences. We build a positive space, where everyone can feel comfortable, and where is a place for experimental means in creating a mission and vision.
The agency has existed for over 10 years now. What was the trigger for starting such a business?
I identified a communication gap between clients and agencies. Clients are expected to know what they want in terms of marketing, and they don’t know, while agencies expect briefs to be filled by the clients. And this, of course, results in hard and ineffective cooperation. You’ll Enjoy fills this gap, advising our clients on what would work best for them. For years we have cooperated with clients from 20 markets in Europe, America, and Asia, including a Fortune 500 company. So, there is a real need for such an approach, it seems.
You need to employ experts in various fields, then?
Yes. You’ll Enjoy has transformed from a one-man business into a virtual team spread over entire Poland. Apart from that, we cooperate with outside organizations and providers like event managers, press agencies, printing houses, and others.
We live in a dynamic reality, especially recently, with all the economic and post-pandemic changes. What challenges and opportunities are businesses facing today?
Marketing is following the path of spam. We are attacked by unwanted messages sent to everyone with the hope of a 2% response. Relationships will no longer be as they used to be. On the other hand, if you are willing to put minimal effort into developing your marketing strategy, technology will be of help here. Thanks to modern solutions, it is possible to reach your target audience with great precision.
What are your recent successes?
You’ll Enjoy regularly appears in rankings published by industry portals. Our latest achievement is the recognition by Ad World Masters. Additionally, we have launched an online store. You can buy our services by adding them to your shopping cart. You can check the price and the scope of our cooperation. The store enables us to work with clients more effectively and understand their needs better.
Running your own business is full of ups and downs. What were your lessons?
The company is successful when it manages to maintain the balance between costs and revenues. The same balance should prevail in internal relations because then the company is consistent in its external communication.
Any tips for those who would like to start their own business?
Nurture your contacts. You never know when they might come in useful.
