In mid-2020, Francisco decided to start his own business and registered as a self-employed worker. In November 2020, he opened “La Rama Verdecida” with the aim of supporting the elderly in the region and providing employment opportunities for people with disabilities. One of the main objectives of the company is to raise awareness of the group of people with disabilities and provide guarantees for a productive and high-quality work life.
